What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate appointments and sales opportunities.
Communicate our dealership's value and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a customer-first mindset in every conversation, building rapport and trust.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in
customer service, call center, or sales
environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A
positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
Reliable, driven, and motivated to meet goals.
Ability to learn quickly and use CRM or contact management software effectively.
