KIA Sales Consultant - Automotive Sales

Jerry Seiner Salt Lake City is hiring a Full-Time KIA Sales Consultant to join our high-performing automotive sales team. This onsite role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and earning commission-based income in a fast-paced dealership environment.


With earning potential of $35,000-$120,000+ per year, this position offers unlimited growth based on performance, training, and effort.



Job Responsibilities



  • Greet customers and deliver an exceptional car-buying experience




  • Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right KIA vehicle




  • Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain pricing options




  • Guide customers through the sales and delivery process




  • Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals




  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records using dealership CRM tools





Qualifications



  • Strong communication and customer service skills




  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset




  • Enjoy working with people and building relationships




  • Ability to listen, assess needs, and provide solutions




  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)




  • Comfortable using technology and sales software





Compensation & Benefits
