Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
Work with service technicians to diagnose vehicle concerns and communicate recommended repairs.
Clearly explain repair recommendations, maintenance schedules, and service options to customers.
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow within the service department.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding vehicle status and completion timelines.
Answer questions related to services performed, warranty coverage, and maintenance recommendations.
Ensure accurate documentation of services performed and process customer payments when applicable.
Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repair timelines.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of experience as an
Automotive Service Advisor
(preferred)
Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
Strong understanding of automotive technology and service processes
Experience with dealership management systems such as
CDK
(preferred)
5+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
