## DescriptionThe Adult Home and Community-Based Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is looking for a strong team player to provide supported employment services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.**Key Responsibilities:*** Assisting clients with their employment search and job development.* Developing collaborative relationships with area employers and local community partners to ensure future placements.* Delivering recovery-oriented employment services in community-based settings.* Seeking out area employers while maintaining strong customer relations.At NCSS, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes perks such as medical and dental coverage, an employer-matched retirement plan, and educational support.
