
Technical Sales Representative

Role Overview
The Technical Sales Representative (TSR) is a fully remote role responsible for coordinating sales activities within the assigned territory, creating added value for the customer with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The TSR leads the development and implementation of account plans and growth actions, defines sales targets, ensures achievement through structured follow‑up with a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM), and provides solutions aligned with volume, mix, and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of account plans and growth actions.
Define sales targets for the account and ensure they are achieved with a structured follow‑up process using CRM.
Provide solutions for customers that meet volume, mix, and profitability targets.
Monitor competitor activity and enact appropriate action.
Build long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring service needs are fulfilled.
Network through active participation in industry association events and committee assignments.
Work with other departments, including manufacturing and logistics, to meet customer service needs.
Identify bottlenecks in service delivery and collaborate with the company to resolve issues.
Coordinate sales activities with business development and application specialists.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another relevant field; Master’s Degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales or an operational role in construction and/or concrete.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
Technical aptitude for construction products and their application with significant experience in concrete production or construction.
Ability to understand customers’ business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Time management skills with balance of prospecting, selling, and account management.
Experience collecting and analyzing data concerning customer behavior to understand changing market needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge and experience using MS Office tools and CRM systems.
A collaborative, solution‑focused approach, with strong communication and customer‑relationship building skills to maintain current business and acquire new customer requests.
Job Travel Travel up to 75%.
