Job Overview We are looking for a Brand & Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of brand governance and integrated advertising campaigns across multiple channels. You will manage end-to-end campaign development, partnering with paid media to decide creative, media, and cross-functional marketing to bring Quench’s brand strategy to life at scale. This role requires both strategic brand vision and operational excellence to drive campaigns that build awareness, relevance, and demand generation performance. The Brand & Campaign Manager will be part of the Quench Marketing team, the B2B commercial unit within the Culligan organization, reporting to the SVP Marketing. This role defines and manages the Quench brand framework and governance, working cross-functionally with Paid Media & Organic teams to operationalize brand and product campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and product preference. We seek someone who can innovate, test, execute, and find new ways to bring Quench’s leading products and services to new prospects and customers. Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Governance: assist in brand governance, frameworks, guidelines, messaging, brand design, and elements for company and product brands; collaborate with the CoE to uphold visual identity, messaging, and tone across GTM initiatives. Collaborate with Product Marketing to create full-funnel brand and product messaging frameworks guiding awareness, consideration, and conversion across channels. Drive always-on brand campaigns and product promotions, improving creative effectiveness and performance with media and demand generation teams. Stay current on B2B water-as-a-service trends and emerging channels, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand impact and campaign performance. Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning: collaborate with Paid Media & Organic teams to set the annual campaign calendar and strategies, define objectives, target audiences, key messages, and success metrics aligned to business goals. Lead end-to-end campaign execution, managing planning, asset development, approvals, refresh ads, and launch across digital, social, search, CTV, web, print, and experiential. Creative Leadership & Agency Management: write and steward creative briefs, partner with internal teams and agencies to develop high-quality creative that meets brand standards and performance objectives. Digital Experience & Conversion Alignment: optimize digital journey alignment with web and UX teams to ensure landing pages and product experiences support campaign messaging and conversion goals. Performance Measurement & Optimization: manage the annual campaign calendar and strategies, define objectives, target audiences, key messages, and success metrics; establish KPIs and reporting, track performance, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in brand management with campaign management. Proven track record of managing multi-channel brand campaigns from concept to delivery. Experience collaborating with in-house and external agencies. Exceptional program management and operational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Hands-on knowledge of media channels including CTV, Paid Social, PMax, Reddit. Familiar with marketing workflow tools (Monday.com, Figma, Jira, etc.). Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with campaign measurement methodologies and ability to translate data into insights. Understanding of how to enable consistency of brand content at scale and across global campaigns. Understanding of AI content generation tools and their capabilities to support a brand at scale.
