Eden is seeking reliable and team-oriented Server Assistants to support the front-of-house team and help ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests. Server Assistants play an essential role by maintaining dining room cleanliness, assisting servers with service needs, and helping with food running and table maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between seatings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs as directed by servers Support food running during busy service periods Maintain stock of service items such as silverware, napkins, and glassware Assist with polishing glassware and silverware as needed Follow sanitation and safety standards at all times Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent service Requirements
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs Ability to move quickly and safely throughout the dining room
