Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Rental Agent role based in New York, NY. The Rental Agent will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with finding rental units, handling inquiries, conducting property showings, and fostering excellent relationships with landlords and clients. Additional responsibilities include managing rental listings, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining accurate documentation, and staying current with market trends and inventory.
Qualifications
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and landlords
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings and client interactions
Knowledge of the NYC real estate market and ability to stay up-to-date with market trends
Competence with rental platforms such as StreetEasy and familiarity with CRM tools
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Customer service skills and a client-first mindset
Real estate salesperson license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
Experience in real estate, sales, or a client-facing role is a plus
