The key responsibilities include handling guest interactions with professionalism and empathy, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The specialist will manage various customer service and sales activities, promote a positive image, and uphold the organization’s commitment to superior hospitality. Additionally, they will assess risks, address complaints or issues promptly, and align with organizational policies and objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to offer exceptional support and care for guests.
Effective Communication and Customer Experience capabilities to ensure seamless interactions and satisfaction.
Proficiency in Sales techniques to convey offerings and support customer-centric goals.
Ability to handle concerns with discretion, identify and mitigate risks, and stay aligned with company policies.
A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Experience in the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
