Position Summary The Customer Engagement Representative’s key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Regional Business Director (RBD), utilizing specific skills such as self‑starting initiative and effective phone communication to build strong customer relationships. This role involves supporting sales strategies, maximizing business opportunities within the assigned area, and maintaining accurate records through our CRM system.
Essential Functions (ES) and Responsibilities
Accountable to supporting the sales strategies and selling efforts of the assigned Regional Business Director (RBD).
Support the selling strategy and reinforce the regional business plan to maximize the business within your responsible business area under the direction and guidance of the RBD.
Establish and maintain virtual relationships with office‑based customers assigned to you along with current hospital purchasers for Nabi‑HB and high‑volume hepatitis‑B IG accounts nationally.
Maintain accurate accounts records and call activity via the CRM.
Successfully complete all required company training; new‑hire onboarding and new‑hire product and disease‑state training in an accurate and timely manner.
Attend and participate in all required compliance training.
Manage customer targets with the expectation of making 20+ high quality direct customer conversations per day.
Collaborate across several RBDs each with different urgencies and strategies and properly manage your time accordingly to support each as expected.
Proficient in technical aspects of ADMA Biologics product lines.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
Perform other job requirements as requested to advance the commercial opportunities of the company (i.e., Nabi‑HB).

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience Requirements
Prior selling experience is required.
Prior experience in sales within the healthcare field is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Self‑Starter: Proactively manages tasks and responsibilities in a virtual environment, including a productive working schedule, a minimum of 40 hours a week during the core hours of business from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for virtual collaboration and customer interaction.
Perseverance: Demonstrates resilience and determination in achieving sales objectives.
Adaptability: Flexibility in meeting changing virtual work expectations and priorities.
Relationship Building: Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships through virtual channels.
Attention to Detail: Maintains accurate records and follows up diligently through CRM.
Prioritization/Time Management: Balances sales activities, training, and compliance requirements effectively.
Tech Proficiency: Utilizes virtual communication tools and CRM systems proficiently.
Compliance Requirements (ES) The minimum compliance expectation for this role entails strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities. This includes completion of required compliance training, accurate documentation of sales interactions, and adherence to data privacy regulations. Additionally, the role requires proactive participation in compliance reviews, prompt reporting of any potential issues, and ongoing education to stay updated on relevant FDA regulations.
