A large, well-established commercial real estate organization is seeking a
Property Administrator
to support day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial properties in
Iselin, NJ . This role will focus on administrative support including COI tracking, invoice processing, tenant and vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a high volume of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for tenants and vendors Process invoices, code expenses, and maintain accurate financial records Support the property management team with administrative tasks and documentation Assist with tenant communication and respond to general inquiries Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Coordinate with vendors, schedule work orders, and track completion Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor when interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Plusses
Experience using
Nexus
and/or
Yardi Familiarity with commercial real estate or property management environments
