Customer Resolution Specialist Sr. (XactAnalysis experience required)
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To coordinate inspections and repairs for all assigned issues and to recommend expenditures involving warranty resolutions. Provides resolution for difficult issues and assignments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews and confirms warranty coverage upon notice from a homeowner or carrier.
Plans and negotiates resolution to the most issues and assignments.
Obtains approval for expenditures involving warranty resolutions.
Locates and assigned available network contractors and non-network contractors.
Produces correspondence and reports.
Acts as a mentor to less experienced customer resolution colleagues.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Associate's Degree preferred.
Experience
Three (3) years customer resolution and concierge/performance experience or and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience using Chronicle and Xactimate preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of repair practices/restoration
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
Detailed oriented
Customer service oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Oral and written communication skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Analytical and interpretive skills
Effective time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
