Provides resolution for difficult issues and assignments.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES*** Reviews and confirms warranty coverage upon notice from a homeowner or carrier.* Plans and negotiates resolution to the most issues and assignments.* Obtains approval for expenditures involving warranty resolutions.* Locates and assigned available network contractors and non-network contractors.* Produces correspondence and reports.* Acts as a mentor to less experienced customer resolution colleagues.**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES*** Performs other duties as assigned.* Supports the organization's quality program(s).**QUALIFICATIONS****Education & Licensing**
Associate’s Degree preferred.**Experience**
Three (3) years customer resolution and concierge/performance experience or and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience using Chronicle and Xactimate preferred.**Skills & Knowledge*** Strong knowledge of repair practices/restoration* Strong problem solving and negotiation skills* Detailed oriented* Customer service oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships* Oral and written communication skills* PC literate, including Microsoft Office products* Analytical and interpretive skills* Effective time management skills* Ability to multi-task and prioritize* Ability to work independently or in a team environment* Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies**WORK ENVIRONMENT**When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.**Mental:** Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines**Physical:** Computer keyboarding, travel as required**Auditory/Visual**: Hearing, vision and talkingThe statements contained in this document are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a colleague assigned to this description.
