R-105551**Job Description****Centralized Marketing & Leasing Intern**The Centralized Marketing & Leasing Intern will assist the local Athens Property Management Team & Central Services Team in on property marketing & leasing activities, as well as centralized services lead follow-up for a portfolio of assets.**Reports to:** The Mark Athens Community Manager & Associate Vice President – Centralized Services**Direct Reports:** None**Travel:** 10%**Duties/Responsibilities:** The duties listed below are an outline of the role’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.

As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.* Management Services Interns will learn about:* Landmark processes and procedures as they relate to on property marketing & leasing activities.* Practical experience in working in a team environment conducting day to day property tours, resident event planning & execution.* Learn the life cycle of a prospective resident and tracking of lead through the sales funnel.* Management Services Interns will assist with:* Conduct daily property tours in-person agent guided and/or virtually led tours.* Assist in planning and execution of on property resident events.* Assist in planning and execution of outreach marketing initiatives in Athen’s market & on-campus.* Conduct daily lead follow-up calls, emails, and text messages for a centralized portfolio of sites as well as for the local Athens sites.* Participate in weekly team meetings with local Property Team and periodic virtual meetings with the Orlando based Central Services Team.* Always maintain the highest possible professionalism and promote good relations and communications on the project.* Recognize, report, and solve problems in a creative, positive, constructive way and make recommendations for improvements in systems, procedures, and policies.**Education & Experience*** Seeking a degree in Business preferred.* 1+ year of applicable coursework.**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities*** Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines.* Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.* Positive and collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.* Critical thinker and self-starter capable of accomplishing a task with limited guidance and supervision.* Strong computer skills.**Work Environment*** The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
