Description We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is all about outbound calling, booking service appointments, and growing our membership program. You’ll be calling past and current customers never cold leads with a focus on maximizing booked calls and revenue opportunities. Success in this role means hitting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities

Be the friendly voice customers are excited to hear—answer inbound calls with speed, accuracy, and a great vibe

Turn conversations into connections by reaching out to past and current customers to book appointments

Sprinkle a little magic by sharing the value of our membership program and getting customers excited to join

Keep the magic alive by helping members use their benefits and stick around year after year

Hit goals, ring the bell, celebrate wins—then do it again

Use scripts like a pro, but know when to freestyle to create the best customer experience

Keep everything organized behind the scenes with clean, accurate CRM notes

Requirements

Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center environment is strongly preferred.

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking quotas.

Strong persuasion and communication skills with a confident phone presence.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Home services industry experience is a plus but not required.
