Overview

The Leasing Associate at Hampden House in Bethesda, MD, reports to the General Manager and focuses on providing superior customer service to prospective residents while maximizing property occupancy. Responsibilities

Maximize property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service. Present the community, apartments, and amenities in an engaging way and overcome objections to cultivate long-term resident relationships. What You Bring

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales or marketing in retail, multifamily, or hospitality, strong customer service skills, and a high school diploma. An Inclusionary Certification is a plus. Leasing experience is welcomed; training will be provided on our process and culture. Core Competencies
