Role: ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Job Job Description: Own end to end solution design for ESM capabilities on ServiceNow, ensuring functional needs are met through scalable, compliant solutions aligned to the Golden Instance architecture. Oversee solution design for specific ESM capabilities or functional waves (e.g. Finance, Procurement, IT). Review and validate the design coming from System Integrators and ensure design Integrity. Ensure consistent design patterns across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, etc. as they onboard to the Golden Instance. Ensure designs align to ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and reuse shared platform components Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews, bringing forward solution designs and trade offs. Identify where functional needs require architecture decisions or exceptions, escalating Appropriately. Partner closely with Development, Integration, and Testing Leads to clarify design intent and Validate that delivered solutions match approved designs and meet functional inten
