About the Role This role is central to our mission: helping injured clients win with excellence, integrity, and care—by contributing the

litigation operating system

behind every case.

We’re looking for a pre-litigation paralegal who loves

tools, clean workflows, tight documentation, and “nothing falls through the cracks” execution . Attorneys rely on you to protect deadlines, maintain perfect file integrity, and keep the case management system accurate so the team can move fast with confidence.

If you naturally think in terms of

systems, templates, checklists, task queues, data integrity, and process improvements , you’ll feel at home here.

People typically struggle in this role if they:

dislike structure, process, or accountability

resist established workflows and prefer to “do it their own way”

have difficulty multitasking in a fast-paced environment

leave tasks half-finished or fail to close loops

communicate inconsistently with clients or team members

do not take the legal profession, deadlines, or standards seriously

Experience & Training (Read This Twice) Paralegal Experience Is a Plus But Not Required.

Success in this role isn’t determined by résumé lines; it’s determined by performance.

Whether you’re an experienced paralegal or coming from another fast-paced, detail-heavy environment, you can succeed here if you:

learn systems quickly

follow SOPs consistently

produce accurate, complete work

close loops without reminders

We provide training, templates, and step-by-step workflows. What matters is your ability to

execute with precision

and take ownership.

What You’ll Own (The Scorecard)

Timely movement of cases along an established case pathway.

Consistent, kind and thoughtful contact with clients (not just when they call you).

The management of the flow of court case documents and information.

Accurately assist the attorney in progressing cases forward (with minimal oversite).

The ability to work independently & understands rules and responsibilities without significant

Attorney input.

Following firm processes and workflows consistently rather than improvising around them.

Maintain professionalism, sound judgment, and attention to detail in all case activity.
