As an Associate Relationship Strategist within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Orlando, FL. Job Description

Supports client management activities with clients and prospective clients; helps coordinate team members and other PNC partners to deliver an exceptional client experience. Helps support the development and execution of a relationship management plan. Coordinates with team to determine an action plan through thorough discovery of client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience. Has sufficient knowledge of all business segment capabilities and offerings. Ensures a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals. Helps support a book of business, developing and executing strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank. Serves as a point of communication and contact with existing clients and prospects to ensure expansion opportunities are captured. Manages risk through adherence to AMG policies and procedures. Works with risk partners to escalate client concerns to bring about quick resolution. Has sufficient knowledge of partner offerings to make business‑appropriate introductions. Maintains timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks as determined by the business. Helps ensure the execution of team processes (e.g. pre‑call planning, post‑call debriefs, relationship reviews).
