THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE As our Customer Service Representative, you'll embrace a full-time remote role, Monday through Friday with hours ranging between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. In this position, you will be the friendly first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service with every interaction. Your outstanding problem‑solving and de‑escalation skills will shine as you address customer concerns swiftly and effectively, leaving our valued customers delighted with our service.
What we're looking for:
5 years of customer service experience
ServiceTitan experience required
Texas‑based applicants only — Houston area preferred (in‑person training may be required)
Excellent customer service and de‑escalation skills are preferred!
