The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate will contribute a positive attitude in our teamwork approach. This candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic. In a busy work environment, the ability to juggle multiple tasks is a necessity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing orders, answering and routing telephone calls, administrative paperwork and other duties as assigned

Assist homeowners in accomplishing their vision of their outdoor environment

Promote good customer relations by consistently providing excellent customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times

Have a developed rapport with the customer base, greet by name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely, and display a caring attitude

Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues

Perform daily office responsibilities, working with Department Managers to maintain the efficient operation of the office

Assist with completion of special projects as needed and assigned

Use various PC-based software packages, including spreadsheets, word processing and graphics to produce high-quality reports

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to perform basic math equations

Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail while multi-tasking

Exhibit professional and courteous etiquette in all situations
