Experienced Client Service Representative
to join our team full-time!
For more than 30 years, we’ve been dedicated exclusively to feline care in the Dr. Phillips area—creating a quiet, low-stress, and cat-friendly environment where both cats and their people feel safe and supported. We are a 2‑doctor practice, passionate about delivering not only exceptional medical care, but also a gentle, empathetic experience for every visit.

We’re looking for someone who is:
Warm, personable, and genuinely loves working with cat families
Calm under pressure, with a soothing presence for both cats and their humans
Professional, detail‑oriented, and a strong communicator
Excited to be part of a close‑knit, supportive team that treats each other like family
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri: 4–10 hour shifts for the week
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $17–$19/hr

Why We Need You As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer’s trust and confidence in our abilities. The Client Service Representative is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Placing outbound calls for follow‑ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., flea & tick control).
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence through WoofWare scheduling software.
Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
Assisting Hospital Manager in administrative projects as needed.
