Recruitment Marketing Manager As a Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will be a critical member of the Enterprise Talent Marketing and Partnerships Team. This role helps drive the success of the employer brand strategy through content and creative development and execution for our marketing campaigns. You will partner with team members, business partners, and external vendors to assist in the creation of various types of marketing assets for both paid and owned media.

In This Role, You Will

Collaborate with third‑party agencies and team members on creative and content for marketing campaigns (graphics, video, photos, emails, etc.)

Help with overall direction and education of the employer brand to internal and external partners

Help with management of paid and organic marketing campaigns and content development

Manage project schedules for assets for ongoing marketing campaigns

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (marketing or related field preferred)

3-5 years of marketing experience preferred

Media agency experience preferred

Experience building detailed project plans incorporating timelines of key steps for high-value projects to ensure high-quality results are delivered on time and on budget

Experience with writing creative briefs

Familiarity with major social media platforms and understanding of how paid campaigns work (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok, and others)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational & time management skills, you can manage many different projects simultaneously and prioritize results

Strong communication and writing skills

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Interest in content marketing, content creation a plus

Desire to problem solve and think proactively to meet our clients’ needs

Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to evaluate campaign effectiveness

Experience with defining targeting and measurement needs for assigned marketing initiatives.
