Human Resources Specialist

This role centers on providing strategic and operational support to the Human Resources function, with additional responsibilities in office administration. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. You’ll play a key role in supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations—while also ensuring smooth day-to‑day support for office needs.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support

Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with company goals.

Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

Help manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance processes.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Administer compensation and benefits programs; assist with market benchmarking.

Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.

Maintain HRIS systems, personnel records, and prepare HR reports and dashboards.

Office Administration

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.

Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and maintain shared spaces.

Handle mail, deliveries, and occasional company errands.

Support legal documentation processes (e.g., NDAs, SOWs, agreements).

Organize employee engagement events such as Lunch & Learns and team gatherings.

Provide notary services and maintain updated directories and seating charts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or strategic roles.

Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace industries is a plus.

SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
