You bring the following The ability to visualize components clearly, as well as strong spatial reasoning skills
An interest in math, physics, and engineering—especially when these lead to tangible results
A high school diploma, a technical college entrance qualification, or a very strong middle school diploma
A willingness to work hard and the motivation to familiarize yourself with technical topics and carry out tasks carefully and reliably
A meticulous work ethic, a desire to contribute ideas, and a keen eye for detail
