This role is best suited for a strong middle-office professional with hands‑on experience owning the end‑to‑end corporate actions lifecycle, who can operate in a build + run environment — balancing daily operations with transformation and process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include managing voluntary corporate actions events (mergers, acquisitions, dividends, tender offers, reorganizations), collaborating with custodians and vendors to streamline workflows, supporting Agile-based implementations (including UAT and system enhancements), and developing process documentation such as workflow and process diagrams. This individual will also act as a subject matter expert, driving operational efficiency, reducing risk, and ensuring accurate and timely execution across the corporate actions function.

8+ years of experience in corporate actions within financial services or asset management

Deep expertise in voluntary corporate actions (tender offers, mergers, reorganizations, etc.)

Proven experience owning the end‑to‑end corporate actions lifecycle (announcement through reconciliation)

Strong background in process design, redesign, or transformation initiatives

Experience working with external vendors/custodians to optimize workflows and data accuracy

Exposure to middle‑office environments with cross‑functional collaboration

Experience with process mapping / workflow diagrams and structured documentation

Familiarity with Agile environments, including UAT and system implementations

Exposure to automation, AI, or workflow tools is a strong plus

Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge business, operations, and technology
