The

Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager

will oversee the credit administration, risk management, and ongoing servicing of a commercial real estate loan portfolio. This role is responsible for monitoring portfolio performance, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring all credit relationships remain compliant with internal credit policies and regulatory expectations. The Portfolio Manager will work closely with

Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Loan Operations

to support both existing loan relationships and new credit opportunities. In addition to managing the ongoing performance of assigned credits, the role participates in the credit process for new transactions, including initial deal evaluation, credit analysis, underwriting coordination, and loan closing support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

commercial real estate credit analysis, portfolio management, and financial statement analysis , with the ability to assess credit risk and support sound lending decisions. Responsibilities

Manage the ongoing servicing and credit administration of an assigned

commercial real estate loan portfolio . Conduct detailed

financial analysis

of borrower and guarantor financial statements, operating statements, and cash flow. Monitor loan performance, including

covenant compliance, collateral performance, and risk trends . Obtain and review required borrower documentation, including

financial statements, rent rolls, and operating reports . Prepare

credit memorandums, annual reviews, renewals, and modification requests

in accordance with credit policy. Identify potential credit concerns and escalate issues with recommendations to management. Assist with the evaluation of

new loan opportunities

by preparing preliminary credit analyses. Collaborate with underwriting teams during the credit process to support timely deal execution. Participate in the

loan closing process , ensuring approved transactions are properly documented and funded. Maintain organized credit files and ensure all documentation remains current and compliant. Coordinate with internal partners including

Relationship Managers, Risk Management, and Loan Operations

to support portfolio objectives. Conduct

property visits and client meetings

as needed to support portfolio monitoring and underwriting activities. Ensure compliance with

bank policies and regulatory requirements , including BSA/AML and OFAC guidelines. Qualifications

3+ years of experience

in commercial real estate portfolio management, credit analysis, underwriting, or commercial banking. Strong understanding of

commercial real estate loan structures , including permanent, construction, bridge, and transitional financing. Experience analyzing

financial statements, cash flow, rent rolls, operating statements, and borrower projections .
