Job Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and produce floor plans, elevations, and 3D presentations
Meet with clients to understand project requirements and take accurate as-built measurements
Support RFP / RFI responses, procurement, and installation coordination
Assist with city permitting process, including submittals and plan check corrections
Coordinate product deliveries, installations, and project logistics
Conduct site visits and assist construction teams during project execution
Manage FF&E procurement and specification
Maintain productive and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Update company portfolio and assist with SNS uploads (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Entry-level to 2+ years of professional experience
Proficient in AutoCAD (Required), SketchUp, Photoshop
Basic knowledge of 3D rendering tools (V‑Ray, Enscape, Lumion) preferred
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Bilingual in Korean & English (Required)
Experience with city permitting, FF&E procurement/specification, RFP/RFI processes, and installation coordination is a plus
Location: Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA 90010 (On‑Site)
Exposure to the full project lifecycle: design → permitting → construction
