What You’ll Do:
Design Memorable Experiences:
Craft custom proposals and menus for events of all sizes, from cozy gatherings to grand galas.
Build Lasting Relationships:
Collaborate with new and existing clients, ensuring every event exceeds expectations.
Be an Event Visionary:
Partner with senior planners to bring events to life, coordinating logistics with internal teams and vendors.
Lead with Service:
Provide outstanding customer service, swiftly responding to inquiries via email and phone.
Stay Ahead of the Trends:
Attend tastings and events, deepening your knowledge of food, beverages, and event design.
What We’re Looking For:
A self-starter with a team-player mindset.
Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or the food and beverage industry.
Previous experience in an office setting.
A bachelor’s degree and a passion for multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
