JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager II
LOCATION: Arlington, VA
DURATION: 9 months with possible extension
PAY RANGE: $34 - $44/hr.
About the Team Worldwide Marketing Operations align to the Senior Marketing Leaders and operate as the interface in WW functions. Marketing Ops leads align to marketing leaders, operating as an extension to their leadership teams, thereby allowing them to intimately understand the challenges the business faces.
The Marketing Ops role comprises ownership of resource management (Headcount & Budgeting), coordinating internal and external (to stakeholders) rhythm of the business, and intra‑org planning. Importantly, capacity is reserved to support the marketing leader on new challenges that arise, such as appraising investments or their org design.
The Marketing Ops leaders operate as the interface into the rest of the organization and into other Global teams (such as Marketing Tools & Measurement) where our marketers have dependencies. Ops leaders triage marketers to support resources, global functions, or self‑service options based on requirements. Marketing Operations leaders operate as individual contributors.

Resource Management - ensuring budget tool forecasts are maintained and accurate
Resource Management - ensuring the headcount tracking tool is maintained and accurate
Rhythm of Business - ensuring leaders are prepared for business cadences and X‑Business Reviews
Goals and Planning - executing timeline and driving deliverables during X‑annual cycles
