to support a large global technology organization’s Worldwide Marketing Operations function through a high-impact consulting engagement.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Arlington, VA.
This role focuses on
marketing operations, resource planning, and business cadence execution
in support of senior marketing leadership. You will operate as an extension of leadership teams, owning budget and headcount tracking, driving rhythm of business, and ensuring execution of planning cycles across a global marketing organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in marketing operations, business operations, or program management, and is comfortable supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities Resource Management & Planning
Own and maintain budget forecasting tools, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities
Own and maintain headcount tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and visibility for leadership decision-making
Support investment planning and resource allocation decisions
Rhythm of Business (RoB) Execution
Coordinate and manage business cadences, including business reviews and leadership updates
Ensure leaders are prepared for executive-level meetings and cross-functional forums
Drive timelines, deliverables, and alignment across stakeholders
Annual Planning & Business Operations
Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
Partner with senior marketing leaders to execute organizational planning initiatives
Assist with evaluating new initiatives, investments, and organizational structures
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a key interface between marketing teams and global partner functions (e.g., tools, measurement, analytics)
Triage requests and connect stakeholders with appropriate resources and solutions
Align internal teams with global processes and dependencies
Operational Excellence
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting across tools and systems
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
Operate independently while managing multiple workstreams and priorities
Success Metrics
Accuracy and reliability of budget and headcount tracking
Timely and effective execution of business cadences and planning cycles
Stakeholder satisfaction and leadership readiness
Operational efficiency and process improvements
Required Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or program management supporting senior leaders
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, or resource planning
Experience supporting rhythm of business (RoB), business reviews, or planning cadences
Strong organizational and project management skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in large-scale or global organizations
Experience supporting executive-level reporting and communications
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience working at Amazon or another large-scale technology company is highly preferred
