The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day marketing activities, responsible for coordinating small events managing logistics for company trade show booths and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information output. The Marketing Coordinator also assists with other duties as needed.

Essential Functions:

Assist the Marketing Manager with coordinating marketing activities in North America, including large exhibitions, marketing events, webinars, partner activities, etc. Supports the sales team to ensure the normal process of activities.

Assist with creating and managing event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure events run smoothly.

Oversee event setup and breakdown, including managing vendors, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.

Assist with event marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials, managing social media campaigns, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.

Travel to event locations as needed to oversee event setup, manage on-site logistics, and ensure successful execution of events.

Assist with invoice processing and ensuring that everything is paid promptly.

Assisting the Marketing Manager to keep informed of industry trends, and marketing actions of competitors and partners, creating regular reports and feedback.

Manage the production of marketing materials, including collateral, signage, and promotional items.

Order swag and other marketing materials and maintain an accurate inventory of all marketing materials.

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including printers, graphic designers, and event vendors.

Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and manage the marketing budget.

Assist the Marketing Manager with other marketing tasks and conduct day-to-day marketing activities as directed.

Travel to event locations as needed to oversee event setup, manage on-site logistics, and ensure successful execution of events.

Coordinate with the Sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, project management software, and social media platforms.

Knowledge of industry best practices and trends

Willingness and ability to travel to event locations as needed.
