Proposal Writer & Proposal Manager
to lead the end-to-end development of high-quality responses to state government solicitations (RFPs and similar procurement vehicles). This role owns proposal strategy, compliance, content development, and submission execution—ensuring each response is compelling, accurate, and aligned with procurement requirements and ASUS’s service offerings. This position may be engaged as a
contractor
focused primarily on proposal production and submission, or as a
full-time
employee with expanded contract management responsibilities.
