
Marketing Manager

Looking for a Marketing Manager (3–5 years experience) to drive inbound leads, build brand presence, and manage digital campaigns and events in the Education & Learning space. This role sits at the intersection of content, events, partnerships, and digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to position Magic EdTech as a thought leader and generate measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Drive inbound lead generation through digital campaigns, content, and events
Support account-based marketing for key institutional clients
Track and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion
2. Brand Building & Content
Create and manage content for social media across targeted geographies and markets
Develop thought leadership content including blogs, case studies, and campaigns
Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
3. In-Person Event Management
Plan and execute conferences, seminars, and industry events
Manage end-to-end logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis
Use events as a key channel for lead generation and brand visibility
4. Virtual Events & Digital Engagement
Manage webinars, podcasts, and virtual sessions
Coordinate speakers, content, and audience engagement strategies
Track participation and ROI from virtual initiatives
5. Partnership Building
Build and maintain relationships with industry consortiums, associations, and standards bodies
Collaborate with partners for co-marketing opportunities and brand amplification
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer needs
Support strategy for targeted outreach and positioning
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar
3+ years in digital marketing & social media advertising
Strong experience in event management (virtual + in-person)
Familiarity with GenAI tools and digital content tools
Good communication and content creation skills
Nice to have:
Experience in EdTech / Education / Workforce Learning
Network in PR, marketing communities, or industry groups
