Summary
Reporting to the Brand & Content Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for day‑to‑day execution of Lithion’s marketing efforts across brands. This role keeps campaigns moving, content published, and systems organized. The coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, manage assets, and maintain consistency across channels.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can jump between tasks, pay close attention to details, and proactively support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Assist with content creation and graphic design
Execute marketing campaigns and product launches
Schedule and publish content across social platforms
Build and send marketing emails and newsletters
Maintain and update websites in Webflow
Manage brand assets, templates, and content libraries
Track campaign performance and compile basic reports (social, email, web)
Qualifications & Competencies
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content role
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video is a plus)
Comfortable working across multiple projects and brands
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow defined processes
Videography and editing skills – Preferred
Experience working with technical, industrial, or B2B products – Preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role is conducted in an office environment requiring some or all of the following:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or workstation
Repetitive hand and arm movements
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs may be required
Frequent reaching, grasping, pushing or pulling, bending or twisting motions
Walking short distances and standing for meetings or other office activities
Required to wear and properly use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and lab coats as required by safety protocols
