
Marketing Design Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing & Design Coordinator who is early in their career and ready to take on real responsibility.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support and execute across social media, content, and campaigns for commercial real estate clients. You’ll work directly with senior team members, gain exposure to client work, and play a key role in bringing marketing strategies to life.
What You’ll Work On
Manage and execute social media content, including writing posts, designing graphics, scheduling, and tracking performance
Support LinkedIn presence for executives and client brands
Edit and adapt visual templates and short‑form video content for social platforms
Create and refine marketing content across blogs, newsletters, and reports
Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to keep projects on track
Assist in executing campaigns, including paid social initiatives
Review performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results
Help keep marketing projects organized and moving forward
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (B2B or commercial real estate is a plus)
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with social platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
Design Skills (Important)
Proficiency in Adobe Express and Canva
Ability to create graphics or templates from scratch
Experience editing short‑form video content is a plus
