
Campaign Manager, Growth Marketing

Description
The Brivo global marketing team is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to drive the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, product promotion, sales enablement, and more across a variety of channels. You will use effective marketing principles, tools, and tactics to serve the entire marketing team from building and executing our global demand generation strategy, reporting on marketing trends and campaign insights, and completing various other tasks to support sales and marketing.

Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end, time-bound lead generation campaigns (3–8 week sprints) focused on momentum-building initiatives, asset launches, and industry moments.
Orchestrate campaign launches by briefing creative, copy, and social teams to ensure a cohesive narrative across all digital touchpoints.
Serve as the primary architect for the webinar program, managing everything from speaker recruitment and content coordination to post-event lead routing and SDR follow-up.
Monitor the lead handoff process between marketing campaigns and SDRs/sales, ensuring that high-intent leads are routed correctly and followed up on within agreed SLAs.
Develop and deliver "Sales Enablement Kits" for every campaign, including email sequences, call scripts, and LinkedIn templates to ensure the SDR team can effectively convert campaign leads.
Provide execution support for long-term (6–12 month) segment-specific GTM strategies, assisting in the rollout of content pillars and large-scale industry events.
Partner with Marketing Ops and Paid Media teams to report on campaign-specific KPIs, using data to optimize short-term promotional tactics and conversion rates.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and measure the impact of marketing activities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing large-scale campaigns for B2B companies in a lead generation capacity and/or in an agency setting
You take a strategic approach to marketing that emphasizes the use of data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tactics, and optimize them for revenue growth.
Extensive knowledge of marketing automation systems, preferably Hubspot
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight across multiple marketing functional areas
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with global marketing peers
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, an analytical mind‑set.
Proactively explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Strong project management skills
Highly motivated, self‑starting nature
