is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Interior Designer
with 0–3 years of professional experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to all phases of the design process, from concept development through construction documentation and administration, while working closely with senior staff in a collaborative studio setting.
Position Overview Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of interior design concepts, presentations, and material palettes
Produce drawings and documentation, including plans, elevations, details, and finish schedules
Support project teams in all phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Participate in client meetings and internal design reviews
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors
Conduct product and materials research
Assist with site visits, field verification, and construction administration tasks
Maintain organized project files and documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Interior Design
or
Interior Architecture
(required)
0–3 years of professional experience in an interior design or architecture firm
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Working knowledge of building materials, finishes, and furniture systems
Familiarity with construction documentation and detailing
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit
Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to FF&E selection and specification
Experience in security based design and detailing
