From high-energy birthday parties to luxury corporate buyouts, we deliver next-level experiences—and we’re looking for a top-tier sales performer to help drive that growth.

We are seeking a highly driven Party Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and knows how to find leads, close deals, and execute exceptional events—on repeat.

This is a sales-first role with strong ownership over the client journey—from prospecting to closing to execution.

What You’ll Do

Proactively source, qualify, and close event leads across birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, bachelorettes, graduations, and more

Own the full sales cycle: outreach, follow-up, tour, proposal, and close

Conduct high-energy, persuasive conversations that convert inquiries into booked events

Build and maintain relationships with local networks, decision-makers, and corporate clients

Upsell and maximize event value through premium add-ons and experiences

Input and manage all event details in our event management system, Tripleseat

Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution

Oversee and host events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish

Manage multiple events simultaneously (up to 8 at a time) while maintaining quality and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales closer with a track record of generating and converting leads

Strong local network in the Denver area (corporate, social, or hospitality connections preferred)

Confident communicator who can lead conversations, create urgency, and close deals

Highly organized and able to manage multiple high-value events at once

Experience with Tripleseat or similar CRM is strongly preferred

Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Physical & Schedule Requirements

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods (walking, lifting, moving quickly throughout the venue)

Saturdays: 12–14 hours

Sundays: 10–12 hours

Availability for weekday events (primarily Thursday/Friday evenings, with flexibility as needed)

Minimum 50 hours per week

Compensation

Commission: 5%-10% on all sales

Typical event sales range: $500 – $100,000+

Strong performers have significant earning potential based on sales volume and upselling ability
