Our client, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be part of the Operations Training department supporting the development of engaging and effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creative problem‑solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset that aligns successfully with the organization.

Pay Range $65/hour + Benefits
Job Description
Design educational content adhering to instructional design principles, ensuring learning objectives align with business goals.
Partner with cross‑functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to co‑create dynamic curricula for live classrooms, workshops, and e‑learning experiences, utilizing AGILE methodologies for continuous improvement and flexibility.
Develop interactive and immersive online learning experiences using advanced eLearning authoring tools.
Update and re‑author current online learning experiences with a focus on learner engagement and SCORM compliance.
Assess training solutions regularly for quality, scalability, and impact on learner behavior and business objectives, implementing iterative improvements to drive measurable outcomes.
What's Needed?
6-8 years of instructional design experience, with a focus on blended learning—OLT, ILT, and vILT.
Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to visualize and articulate instructional flows and learner experiences.
Experience creating learning evaluation plans.
Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Camtasia, Google Video, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; portfolio of ID work samples required.
