Salary plus commission with annual earnings potential of $100,000+

In-person, scheduled shifts
Responsibilities
Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analyses to understand their desired vehicle make, type, and features.
Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation to customers.
Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using the dealership’s computer systems.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales price, trade-in allowances, taxes, licensing fees, and financing or lease arrangements.
Inspect dealership inventory regularly by walking the lot.
Complete all necessary sales paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
Deliver vehicles and familiarize customers with their new vehicle’s operation and features.
Attend required training sessions and department meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

Proven sales experience with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and effective follow-up with clients before and after sales.
Current valid driver’s license.
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
