Your Role as a Technology Partner Account Manager Appspace is seeking an experienced channel sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to define, build, and lead our hardware technology partnerships. You will work with hardware technology partners such as Cisco, Logitech, Neat, Brightsign, and others. Experience with AV/IT resellers, consulting firms, and hardware OEMs is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing channel partnerships while meeting and exceeding revenue goals. The Technology Partner Account Manager will serve as a subject-matter expert and drive measurable results with key hardware technology partners, including global manufacturers and enterprise organizations leveraging Appspace as a foundation for their solutions. Key success criteria include mindshare, reputation, influence, pipeline opportunities, and ARR with strategic partners. This position reports to the Director of Global Partnerships and collaborates with Appspace sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams. This is a remote role with approximately 40% travel and support for a small, select number of partners globally. A Day in the Life of a Technology Partner Account Manager Create a vibrant channel focused on global hardware OEMs and similar companies, leveraging Appspace’s Workplace Experience Platform to position Appspace as a Modern Workplace Experience leader. Partner with industry leaders to become a thought leader in Modern Workplace Experience and position Appspace as a core part of their workplace solutions. Drive awareness in the hardware OEM ecosystem through events, strategy sessions, speaking engagements, and other activities to elevate the Appspace brand. Build rapport with consultants and workplace leaders to generate co-sell opportunities and influence the sales process. Establish Appspace as a recognized entity among your partner portfolio. Educate external partners and resellers on Appspace products, partner programs, and enablement tools; provide sales and technical presentations to partner AMs, SEs, solution architects, product teams, marketing teams, and others involved in the buyer’s journey. Educate internal Appspace teams on latest product offerings and positioning to inform customers, build pipeline, and drive ARR. Identify coinvestment opportunities that boost awareness and pipeline (events, campaigns, associations). Provide weekly updates and report revenue forecasts, influenced pipeline, and closed sales. Develop campaigns/strategies to differentiate Appspace from competitors and maintain a dominant position with global consulting and hardware OEM partners. Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and product to establish redundant communication with strategic partners. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or sales management. 7+ years of sales, channel sales, or business development experience. Current or recent experience in the real-estate ecosystem. Familiarity with workplace technology and tools (BMS, sensors, access control, analytics, reporting, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Advanced indirect revenue and lead generation knowledge and sales process understanding. Experience with go-to-market strategies with third parties. Ability to generate leads, work under quota, and maintain relationships via email, phone, and in-person. Team player with high performance and flexibility in a dynamic environment. Excellent selling, interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly. Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.com (no external link required). Experience in the hospitality space is a plus.
