Responsibilities

Build strong, ongoing connections with both prospective and returning customers by guiding them through vehicle selection using thoughtful questions, active listening, and an upbeat approach

Continuously expand knowledge of vehicle models, features, packages, and emerging automotive technologies

Deliver engaging, professional vehicle presentations tailored to customer interests

Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to foster long-term loyalty and generate referrals

Develop strategies to address customer concerns and adapt to a range of sales scenarios, enhancing appointment quality and demo effectiveness

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set goals, coordinate events, monitor feedback, and evaluate personal performance

Achieve and surpass sales targets through a proactive mindset and ongoing business development efforts

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Evenings and Weekends Mandatory

Fast learner

Excellent communication skills

Ability to maintain professionalism

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
