own revenue, not just relationships. If you’ve spent time in the legal ecosystem and feel like you’re: Close to the deals, but not benefiting from them Surrounded by opportunity, but capped in your role …this is likely worth a conversation. What This Role Actually Is
You will be responsible for building and owning strategic partnerships across the legal ecosystem, including: Legal marketing agencies SaaS and tech platforms serving law firms Industry vendors and service providers Conference and referral relationships This is not: A “support the sales team” role A “manage existing accounts” role This is: Build, activate, and monetize partnerships What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Identify and activate 5–10 high-value referral partners Generate consistent deal flow through partnerships Establish presence in key legal industry circles/events Begin building a repeatable partnership pipeline Who This Is For
You’re likely a fit if you: Have 2–5+ years in the legal ecosystem (marketing, SaaS, recruiting, etc.) Already have relationships with law firm owners or legal vendors Have attended industry events and understand how deals actually happen Are commercially minded and want your income tied to results Prefer ownership and autonomy over structure and hand-holding Enjoy traveling to different conferences around the country Who This Is NOT For
You need detailed playbooks before taking action You’ve never worked in or around the legal industry You’re uncomfortable tying compensation to performance You don\'t like to travel Compensation & Structure
Performance-based compensation tied directly to partnership revenue Target earnings: $150K+ This role is designed for someone who wants: Upside, not stability
