
Store Experience Marketing Co-Op

Job Description
The PSG Store Experience Marketing team is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Co‑Op who’s excited to gain real‑world, hands‑on experience in a corporate marketing and retail store environment. You’ll help support different store types in our Model Store while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and building skills that translate directly to careers in Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising and Customer Experience.
Additional Information
Ability to work 20‑25 hours per week during the academic year and 37.5 hours per week during the summer. Must have availability to work long‑term (12+ months).
This role is not remote/hybrid. It will report to the Model Store in Brook Park, OH and Headquarters in Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the planning and execution of in‑store marketing initiatives within a corporate marketing team.
Support the day‑to‑day upkeep of the Model Store by executing planograms, pricing updates, signage prototypes, and visual standards.
Help install and test both prototype and existing store displays.
Gain exposure to corporate marketing operations by assisting with administrative tasks such as proofing signage and pricing drafts, publishing field communications, creating extensive store lists in Excel and managing digital files.
Analyze in‑store program performance, assist with reporting, and contribute insights to help inform marketing and merchandising decisions.
Support planning and setup for the annual National Sales Meeting Model Store.
Organize and coordinate assets, materials, and timelines for time‑sensitive promotions and store programs.
Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.
Qualifications
Current Sophomore or Junior, expected graduation date of May 2027 or beyond.
Availability to work in a long‑term co‑op (9‑12 months).
Must be able to work 20‑25 hours per week (3+ days) while in school, 37.5 hours per week during the summer.
Must be able to lift 35‑50 lbs. and be standing for longer periods of time.
Transportation and flexibility in a non‑traditional office environment. This role is not remote/hybrid.
Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education
Minimum high school education or equivalent.
Must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
Preferred
Strong interest in building a career in store management or customer‑focused marketing.
Demonstrated leadership by involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community.
Familiarity with retail environments, with in‑store experience.
Other Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
