The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy

Lead Development Representative (LDR)

to join our team. In this role, you will identify and qualify potential leads, build strong relationships, and showcase our products through engaging and tailored demonstrations. As a key player in our sales process, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert qualified leads into high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in our solutions.

Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads and determine their fit for our products.

Product Demonstrations

Deliver engaging and tailored product demos to potential leads, highlighting features, benefits, and how they address specific needs.

Prepare and customize demo environments to align with client requirements.

Address questions and provide insights during demos, showcasing a deep understanding of the product and its applications.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Follow up on demo sessions with additional resources and next steps to drive interest and commitment.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads post-demo.

Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, campaign performance, and client pain points to improve targeting efforts.

Reporting and CRM Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, demos, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Track and report on metrics such as demo completion rates, lead conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).

Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver impactful product demonstrations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and demo tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Quick learner with the ability to understand and articulate technical product features.

Experience in Saas and B2B sales.
