Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support daily sales operations. In this role, you will assist the sales team by processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to the sales team
Process a high volume of sales orders via email and other systems
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner
Communicate customer feedback and concerns to the sales team
Check order status, pricing, and delivery updates for customers
Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and transactions
Prepare and share monthly sales and performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Support overall sales operations and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in
sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-volume tasks and multitask efficiently
Experience with order processing and customer interaction
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
