Business Development Representative

Strive have partnered with a YC-backed AI vendor building a new category in the enterprise AI agent and automation space. Currently on the hunt for Business Development Representatives with 9–12 months of experience based in San Francisco, California.

Currently at ~$1.7M ARR, targeting $5M ARR by end of year

Positioned as an infrastructure layer for enterprise AI adoption

The Role & Package Details

In-office role based in San Francisco (5 days per week initially, flexibility over time)

$110K OTE with ~80/20 split (base + variable)

100% outbound, enterprise-focused prospecting motion

Selling into large enterprise accounts with higher ACV opportunities

Clear path to AE as the company scales

Key Responsibilities

Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calling)

Target multiple stakeholders within enterprise accounts

Execute account-based outreach strategies across defined ICP

Work closely with AEs to convert meetings into pipeline

Test messaging, iterate, and bring creativity into outbound efforts

Own activity metrics and meeting generation targets

Experience & Skills

9–12 months experience in a BDR/SDR role (SaaS preferred)

Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline through outbound

Strong communication skills and willingness to be coached

High energy, driven, and motivated to grow into an AE role
