Strive have partnered with a YC-backed AI vendor building a new category in the enterprise AI agent and automation space. Currently on the hunt for Business Development Representatives with 9–12 months of experience based in San Francisco, California. The Company AI platform enabling enterprises to build and deploy intelligent agents across support, docs, and workflows Backed by Y Combinator and Greatpoint Ventures with $13M raised at Seed Trusted by top-tier companies including Anthropic, Datadog, Postman, Midjourney, and PostHog Currently at ~$1.7M ARR, targeting $5M ARR by end of year Positioned as an infrastructure layer for enterprise AI adoption The Leadership & Culture Founder-led, highly technical leadership team (MIT background, ex-Microsoft) Fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with strong product focus Collaborative, in-person culture with direct access to leadership Emphasis on coaching, development, and creativity in outbound The Role & Package Details In-office role based in San Francisco (5 days per week initially, flexibility over time) $110K OTE with ~80/20 split (base + variable) 100% outbound, enterprise-focused prospecting motion Selling into large enterprise accounts with higher ACV opportunities Clear path to AE as the company scales Key Responsibilities Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calling) Target multiple stakeholders within enterprise accounts Execute account-based outreach strategies across defined ICP Work closely with AEs to convert meetings into pipeline Test messaging, iterate, and bring creativity into outbound efforts Own activity metrics and meeting generation targets Experience & Skills 9–12 months experience in a BDR/SDR role (SaaS preferred) Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline through outbound Strong communication skills and willingness to be coached High energy, driven, and motivated to grow into an AE role The Interview Process Initial screening call Take-home assessment Assessment review Culture interview Live prospecting exercise Offer How to Apply Reach out via email, LinkedIn, or phone, no CV needed to get started.
