Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the CEO with executive, operational, and select personal priorities. This role protects the CEO's time, drives follow-through on key initiatives, and ensures smooth communication across the organization. The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to work with urgency and care in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand hospitality environment.
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and scheduling with accuracy and foresight.
Act as a trusted gatekeeper for CEO's time and priorities.
Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow‑up documents.
Draft, edit, and manage professional communications on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain organized records, files, and executive documentation.
Operational & Business Support
Coordinate cross‑functional meetings with leadership, operations, HR, and external partners.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and executive priorities to ensure accountability.
Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive‑level assignments.
Liaise with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders professionally and discreetly.
Personal Assistance
Manage select personal scheduling, logistics, and time‑sensitive requests for the CEO.
Assist with errands, appointments, and personal coordination as needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality and boundaries when supporting personal needs.
Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange and manage executive travel including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries.
Coordinate CEO participation in site visits, conferences, leadership meetings, and company events.
Support planning of leadership off‑sites, retreats, and executive gatherings.
Confidentiality & Professional Standards
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and address issues before escalation.
Represent the company and CEO with professionalism, hospitality, and sound judgment.
Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/travel platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Education & Experience
5-7+ years supporting a C‑suite executive in an EA or PA role.
Hospitality, restaurant, or multi‑unit operations experience preferred.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 a year
